Chaldean Numerology

Chaldean numerology is one of the oldest forms of numerology (6000 years old), based on the ancient Chaldean civilization of Mesopotamia. Many know the area of Chaldea as Babylon, which existed until around 2,500 years ago in what is now Iraq. Similar to other forms of numerology, it assigns a numerical value to letters in the alphabet and uses a person's name and birth date to determine their numerological chart.

The Chaldean civilization was known for using clay tablets for record keeping and communication. These clay tablets were inscribed with cuneiform script, which was a system of writing that used small, wedge-shaped marks made by a stylus. It is believed that the ancient Chaldeans used clay tablets to record numerological calculations and predictions.

The Chaldean numerology chart is composed of several different elements, including the life path number, the destiny number, the inner dream number, and the maturity number.

What's different about Chaldean numerology?

Chaldean numerology letters are only assigned numbers 1 through 8, because 9 was believed to have a more special frequency than other numbers. You may still reduce a word/number to 9.
